new 05 owner

[okeechobee country rider]

i've been looking on ebay for sliders for an 05, but all i see is .....06 to 11

can anyone steer me in the right direction....???

any info would be greatly appreciated ..

i'm new to this site........had my bike for a couple of weeks now........by far its the best bike (of many) i've ever owned...

Here's what I used on Mine, a No Cut Version:

They also have a Cut Version where you have to Cut a Hole in the Plastic...not my preference.

I have a set from R&G on my '03. You have to put a hole in the fairing, but the slider covers it up, so it's a So What? kind of deal to me. And the bracket-less sliders are lots cheaper!

I have Spiegler LSL Frame Sliders on my '05. No cut, very sturdy CNC'd billet.

I have the less expensive motovation no-cuts, but those LSLs look nice. I might have to ask for a set for my birthday!
