I checked out their website; no prices must cost a fortune...any indication of the price for the XL cypress wood?

The unit looks awesome!

Alfredo,

The Primo XL was around $1,000.00 the Table was $600.00, and I also got the indirect heat plates, stackable grate, rib rack, pizza stone. I added the hardware on the table. The total came to around $2,000.00. Yes it's a lot for a grill/smoker but it will last forever, I have never had food so good off any other grill. check out the Primo Grill Fourm https://primogrillforum.com/ lots of info, just as obsessive as FJR Owners.

Hey Guys check out this forum: https://www.smokingmeatforums.com/forum/ There are lots of smokers out there some more expensive then others. I have a Masterbuilt 30" electric that I got at Cabelas on sale. The main thing is to try something different and its easy to smoke the moistest chicken you have ever had. Very nice Primo by the way, looks great and cooks tasty meat.

Looks like a Big Green Egg knock off. Did they imporve on the BGE concept in any way?
It is the same concept as the Big Green Egg, Kamado ceramic cookers, I read reviews and found the Primo has more options and fits my needs. The oval shape fits more food, the the Primo has 400 SQ inches of cooking surface and with the extendable cooking rack almost double my cooking surface. I can cook 5 rack of baby back ribs at the same time
