New battery?

Hi,

I charged my battery in my FJR after it sat for a month and wouldn't start. Then it sat for two weeks after riding for a few hours and it wouldn't start again.

I'm thinking I need a new battery.

Can anyone recommend what a 2004 NONABS FJR battery goes for or which one I should get?

I heard Batteries Plus is a good place to buy one, rather than a dealer.

Just to throw another hat in the ring... I happened to talk to Mike Barth at UM earlier today, and he's got aftermarket batteries for about $50 and the Yammy version for $120 (add $10 shipping).

Has anyone tried Power Source batteries, They are claiming 180 CCA and a 1 year warrenty?

Ebatteries has them for $69.99, haven't looked anyplace else. Bernie
