New SENA helmet coming soon

Found out tonight the helmet has been delayed until March

Makes me glad to run Nolan. I have noticed how well sena is doing making systems that integrate with a certain helmet (shoei for example). Having used B5 variants for a while, made-to-fit stuff is pretty nice.

Charging on the fly may also be a pain. With the Sena module that attaches to the helmet, I can pop it off and have it charging while I take a break. For really long rides like the IBR, I have a second one with me that is always charging so I can swap them after about 10-12 hours of riding.

Nobody wants to plug the Sena into a power pack while on the move? OK, it does ruin FM reception .....

"Soon" to me at age twelve meant 15 minutes. It now means a couple of months, maybe six. To Sena, it might mean 5 years.
