So I gave up on my interphone F4 - three times I got a short in the plug from the helmet wiring to the unit. I finally seem to have developed a problem with the socket itself. Replaced it with the Sena. Was a bit leery of the size of the Sena, but it's no problem. I like the operation much better, it pairs much more quickly, volume and sound are better, and (most importantly) - the helmet wiring is connected to the base and the unit snaps on and connects with pins to the base - no tugging on wires every time it needs to be charged. Also, the charging port is a standard micro USB which is much more robust. Also their tech support rocks compared to interphone.

Thanks to you guys for recommending this unit.
