I wish I could have made this ride with you fellas & Jane. Lake Havasu had its inaugural New Years Eve party, where they actually closed down Main Street downtown, sold all kinds of food and drink, hired four bands and weirdos showed up from all walks of life (I kind of expected Busta to show up with one of his flocks) and got drunk and danced in the streets. There were sights for all to see!!

I was surprised there wasn't a single shooting, fight or beating anywhere. Just about 3000+ folks hanging out waiting for the giant Olive to drop into the Martini glass (Havasu is expected to be the new NYC as soon as Tombstone becomes the next San Francisco). It was actually fun and should become a yearly event, hopefully! I would like Havasu have a big party like this over the 4th of July, that would prove to make national headlines!

I couldn't make the ride due to staying up well past my bedtime and my sense of balance may have been impaired. I do however appreciate the invite!
