Newest forecast: 62 degrees! If that holds true, it'll be a gorgeous day to be on the bikes.
********!!!!
You could rent a Buell in Folsom and join us
Maybe Orangevale will let you ride his chopper. :p :bleh: :p
C'mon! How come you'll let him ride it, but when I showed up on it you told me to go get my FJR? No fair BlueStreek! :p

I was going to suggest that everyone read "The Pace". I mistakenly assumed it was pinned here somwhere....I guess not. Oh well, I s'pose we'll all have to listen to one of Madmike's safety lectures.

MM2 ihave been studing the pace hand out on the net for riding and I am ready for anything you can through at me.

So bring on the "TEST' I have my paper and pen ready

:haha: :haha: :haha:

If I have to take a test, I'm not coming!

:p :p :p

Just took a look at my odometer. If I can't get in to get the 12k service done before Sunday I'll have to back out :-( Cross your fingers!

Hi Guys,

Why on Super Bowl Sunday????? Have a great time guys. Had the baby out today for a 200 mile cruise. Great sunset. You guys might try the Ryde Hotel for brunch. Its great and normally you do not need resevations.

Well in my case, because it isn't the Stanley Cup Playoffs ;)

Hyde Hotel eh? Thanks for the tip :D

Hi Dave. Super Bowl Sunday....because the roads should be free of absent minded cagers as they'll all be at their respective parties. The game starts at 3:15 PDT, so we might be home in time to see the end of the 4th quarter.

The Ryde Hotel is a great place to eat, but we'll be through there around 10-10:30, after breakfast @ 0800, I doubt we'll be ready. I'm thinking more about having the afternoon repast in Fiddletown....great barbecue! Then we'll be fueled up for Latrobe Rd. and Salmon Falls Rd. But, we might have pizza in El Dorado Hills??? God only knows, and he's not tellin'.

Sorry you won't make it. We kinda tossed it together "on the fly" after our little Georgetown lunch adventure a few weeks ago.

Geez, now I'm gonna hafta ride thinkin' about missin' the Highlanders, exskibum, Rogdebs and Dive 1. Sometimes life ain't very fair. :( Prolly gunna be in the mid to high 60's....we'll all do our best to suffer through for you! :D

Hey Orangevale what time are you going to be at Roseville Yamaha? I will be dropping off my 05 around 9:30 for its new gas tank, and orange rubber thingy. maybe I will see you there.

you will see me. I will be there around 9ish and will wait for them to finish the bike. I like waiting for the bike so I have plenty of time to drool over other bikes I like there.

R6, FZ, R1, Stratoliner, dirt bikes, stuff, R6, gear, R6

:D

I look startlingly similar to the guy on the right:

next time then. How many olive trees?

George, all part of being a member of the "Landed Gentry"! There'll be other opportunities.

Dan from Fairfield is going to join us and maybe a friend of his from Folsom. Evidently his buddy is going to sell his Ninja and is looking at an FJR. Resistance is futile, he will be assimilated.
