I think I can get out and play Saturday! Pencil me in!
Yo, I'm glad you're going. You can show me how to MOTOMAN my break in. How's that again? put it in 2nd and keeeeeeppppppp it at 8,500 to 9,000 RPM until you see the decreasing radius corners approaching as ALL verge, wait until you see GOD, and then brake. Repeat 21 times and then change the oil and filter. YOU can show me if I've forgotten something!

I dunno about all you peg scrapers... you guys scare me. There won't be any law breaking, right? I prefer to ride the speed limit.

from the way I've seen these guys talk, if'n you really ride the speed limit, you might want to find out where the destination is & meet them there. ;)

I know we never broke the speed limit on Christmas Eve Day? :dntknw: Oh wait, Do speed limits apply to motorcycles?

JW

My bike's speed limit says "180mph" -- I've never been within, uh, let's see... ok, on THIS bike...

Ah nevermind. :)

I'll keep ya'll slowed down...I ride like my 96 year old Grandma!

That's not oil, it's water. Don't you see the wet concrete behind the bike?

I make my poor old Grandma wash my bike for me.

But that might be her Depends leaking.

sorry thought I was on cruisers net...

I want to go so if I can find warm clothes and gloves. I will inform the shop in the AM and see you all on Saturday aroun 10ish in Suches Ga!

Well, I took a shot at talking the wife out of the company part and going on the ride. That went over like a lead balloon, but I had to try. You guy have fun and ride safe.

Hey Pest, You coming from Port Canaveral?

I grew up down there and lived in M.I. My mom& dad live in Cape Canaveral at Cape Shores.

So, I'm heading up there from 575/92. Anyone close-by want to proceed at posted speed limits ;) to the meet point? 575->20->400 is what I'm looking at, on the road by 0830 or earlier

I have lived here since 2000 except for 6 months last year I was in the Bahamas. I had a home in waterway manor on a Canal off of Sykes Creek. Now I live in Port Canaveral on My Boat... I will leave early Saturday Morning or Friday night. Soon as I see what my Zumo says..

When I change my oil filter oil gets in that foam inside the cover and sometimes leaves spots. Man I have trouble getting my leg over and she is over 90. I feel so old

Yep. That's the ticket! (but I think you're supposed to hit the rev limiter in every gear too!).

I live near Town Lake Parkway/I575 and would be interested in going together with you. I just have to wait to see if I am in the lineup for my tennis team on Saturday. If I play I can probably still go. I might have to be home by 1:30 to play. I should know by tomorrow. I would want to take more back roads to get there.

Forcast for Saturday in Suches, looking better...
