As I write the 250 race is about to restart after a crash
NW 200
250 race was hectic. After a re start they were 8 abreast for the first lap. Michael Dunlop and Christian Elkin (Stockport lad...Go Christian!) led the race and pulled away swopping the lead. Elkin lost the front on the last corner and took out Micheal Dunlop. William Dunlop (brother) took the win. Michael very angry says it was his race and he wont rest until he is declared winner!!! But he didn't crossd the line!!??
Elkin hit a kerb and has sustained injuries, no more word than that yet.
Off to watch the superbike race now. 200mph with kerbs and lamp posts!!
