Official Hoon
I just returned from a 10 day ride through British Columbia and Alberta. It was fabulous. We were able to spend two nights on Vancouver Island on our way to Port Hardy and the inland ferry to Bella Coola. My friends and I are beginning to plan our ride for next year and northern California / western Nevada came up.
Here's is ideally what we would like:
A central location where we could rent a vacation home for 5-6 days and ride in different directions each day. We usually ride 300-400 mile days.
We would like little or no traffic getting out of town.
Twisties, interesting sights, and excellent food at the end of the day are high on our list.
We are in Washington state so a 6-700 mile ride to get there or more is no problem.
We probably won't be leaving until August of next year so we have some time to plan.
Any help, ideas or well thought out plans are welcomed.
