I just got back from 3 weeks in Arizona. I trucked the bike down to Lake Havasu City. My wife and I go there every year to meet with her parents. I'm not one for pictures or for the recording of ones journey (I actually think this may be a sign of lack of intelligence) however, I did manage a couple of pics. I did all day trips for a total of about 3000km. Here are 2 pictures from east of Oatman on highway 66 in Arizona.

Yep, it sure is an interesting and fun road to ride. I always think about the old cars driving along this road in the 1950's with the burlap water bag hanging in front of the grill when it would be so hot and they would be working to get up the hills. Sure must have been interesting times traveling through there.

I'll be riding through there on Friday or Saturday while we'll be at the Laughlin River Run -- looking forward to it for sure.
