OEM 50L Top Case Touring

I love design of 50L OEM Top Case:

On EU Web side there is information that it will be available by end of 2013. I am in contact with local dealer and answer is still the same - not available yet...

It looks like that they have a problem with EU homologation (but that's just my thought).

Was anybody of you more successful and own it already?

That does look very nice and much more useful than the normal stock case.

Same mounting bracket? (Are top cases Interchangeable throughout the years?)

I have been this Friday on bike show and Yamaha volks confirmed that OEM 50 l box will not be available this year. They have problem with homologation - case is too big, make turbulences and cause frame crash (first time I have heard that from Yamaha!).

So I will go for after-market solution and I am considering two options:

1. Shad SH48:

pros: accommodate 2 flip-up helmets, top plate can be painted and match with the bike

cons: they do not have plate addapter for gen3 in stock yet

2. Givi V47NN:

pros: looks good

cons: did not fit for 2 flip up helmets and I have a bad experience with givi maxia3

In any case I ordered already stiffness kit from Garauld...

Your opinion / experience?
