OEM connectors

OK, so got the trailer hitch in and I dont want to tap and splice the wiring harness. Where can a guy get OEM style connectors so that I can make this plug and play?

According to the previous owner, the one in my bike is a "Kuryakyn 7672 Plug & Play Trailer Wiring/Relay Harness"

The website says this is for a specific range of Harleys but they don't list a FJR-specific model. (I haven't checked to see what modifications were needed to make this one work but it does work reliably.)

Either way, they wouldnt fab a jumper but sold me

all the pieces necessary to make my own.

I got a male and a female connector and the crimp-on

wire terminals and made a jumper with pigtails to

connect to the trailer converter.

Admore lighting also has a plug and play harness with tap offs- no cutting or splicing when adding aux rear lighting. Might do the trick for you. I have one on my bike with a light bar: running & brake lights, turn & hazard lights too. I've never looked there for a Gen1 kit tho.

I went with cycleterminal.com. Nobody seemed to have anything that was already built and Gen1 specific. Total cost,,,, a staggering $11.60, 8 of which was shipping.
