Hans, these were all funny as hell! :haha:
The other captions were a bit off character, but the first two (and maybe even the last) were just spot on, wonderfully accurate satire!
+ 2 -- absolutely hilarious

Rog n Debs
Yeah...yeah...yeah. I'm writing a list and striking a line through the names. Keep it up! You know those parking spots waaaay over by the trash compactor, next to the dumpster that gets picked up on Fridays...... :dribble:

Actually, those were pretty funny.

All,

In honor of MM2's concern for his fellow riders and their lipoid levels, I'd like to ask that Chicken Fried Steak be one of the entree's available at the Saturday night WFO6 banquet -

Followed, of course, by a wonderful desert of cottage cheese and peaches. :bad:

JB, I am still trying to clean the spewed oatmeal out of my keyboard.

Damn, youse guys can really hijack a thread!

Back to the topic:

I got a status update on the web hosting problem: they made some server configuration changes last night (what they were specifically, they won't say), so now the web forms work again just find in FireFox :D

but still won't render properly in MSIE... in IE, it yields a non-specific "Object doesn't support this property or method"

So they are continuing to work the problem.

But if you're using FireFox, you can use the registration and contact-us forms again.... hopefully they'll get to the problem soon for you IE users.

I've proved to them that it isn't a source code problem, because I've place a copy of the exact, same registration page on my superblackbird.com web site (which they also host for me, but on a different server than where they've placed fjrtech.com) and this copy comes up just fine in MSIE, no runs, no drips, no errors) https://www.superblackbird.com/wfo6/register.cfm (note: the menu buttons don't work on this copy, nor can you submit the form.)

For those of you who have been having trouble getting your desired room configuration (#of beds):

The hotel has assured me that you will all get your desired config. They are noting your preference and 'will make it happen'. At this point, don't worry about it and just get your rooms reserved. I will be on site with a big friggin' stick should your requests go unfulfilled. ;)

Warchild,
When you first announced the date of WFO-6, I called to reserve a room. They gave me their "Leisure" rate of $99.00 per night. I never mentioned to them anything about a motorcycle get-together. Is the rate you negotiated a better deal? Just wondering....

How do you get the "Leisure" rate? What does it all mean? Never heard of that one before. I sometimes ask for the 'bluehair' rate. Works most every time (I think)...

Web site update:

  1. Web forms for all browsers are back online now... Registrations, Contact Us, and the ability to add yourself to the WFO Players map.

  2. If you wanted to order extra Rallyshirts, change the size of your rallyshirt, add a pillion (or delete a pillion! ), change home of record or enter new GPS coordinates for the WFO Players google map, you can now do so at this link as long as you have your WFO Registration number handy to retrieve your record.

  3. The first of many WFO rides will be unloaded tonight on the WFO-6 Rides page.
Now that the Registration page is back online, we've had several more signups this afternoon.... we have surpassed 150 players! B)
