A bigger picture would be better but an animated GIF would be awesome. There is a vehicle in the center, just to the left of the truck that would make it clear if it is coming the wrong direction or it the picture is taken out of the rear window of the cage. Here is a warm-up before the ultimate YIKES smilie comes out.

Sorry for the size, I have'nt quite mastered the pic sizing thing. That truck was actually being towed while I had my camera out taking a rolling pic of a "Easy Rider" and a pic of my buddy on his FJR while rolling down I-40E in NC last week!
