All this talk of body oil. Who the hell does not like that. Ok Ok I will begin the relaxation process. Dam that's better. Whoop whoop!

Couldn't tell ya, tango...been gone since tuesday. I'll be back tomorrow, though. We should set up a meet. Get some bran and fiber and decaf coffee. Of course, fjrchik will have to check the weather before she can meet anyone. lol
OK sounds good. Not sure what happened top the rest of them. I have to make a trip to BB with my buds on 25th, After that let's ride.

Interested in a track day? There are some good ones coming up including the full course at MSR.

We can always opt for group c so the rest can keep up. I think they will find it to be fun and educational,

I don't think they will let a non helmet person on any track. Don't own one. It's on my list of things to get, though.

Bustanut has assumed his role. You had better lock your windows and doors, twn....lest he gain access to your scoot. Might end up with some baby oil on your seat...perhaps some spilt guinness on your windshield?

awww rogue. i'm sorry. hey ~ i love pasadena! i was there last october for my brother's wedding. it was awesome. i want to be in california so bad. but it's gonna fall into the ocean soon so there's no point. oops, i guess that still isn't fun. crap. sorry again.

no way, not at all. I'm serious. I love cali and really do want to be there. but i just believe they are gonna have some serious problems soon. and i don't wanna be there for that. much less risk here in boring old tx. and cheaper too. but like everything, ya get what ya pay for!

California is a socialist state. I wouldn't pay for anything from cali. Except, maybe the guitars and amps that carvin makes.

OK, I'm going to risk getting flamed by bringing this topic back to center.

What gives on the synthetic oil? The manual and every mechanic I've talked to say "no way" on syn for this bike, or any bike with a wet clutch, as it will cause slipping. Have none of you experienced this?

I'd much rather have syn to help prevent the "tick" from getting any worse. I ran syn in my RT and it really helped quiet the engine down. It also had a dry clutch though.

Go easy OK, it's my first post. Thanks!

Go do your homework then get back with any questions. Short answer, diesel syn OK, gas syn not OK. OK?

All this time I had it the other way, Synthetic gas and Flinstone Oil.

Maybe that is why my mileage is 60, my horsepower is 150 and my PSI is 45.

By the way, there chikie, how's your air conditioning hold up with those rolling blackouts? ;) :D

Uh, OK, Billy-Bob, but I think you're wearin' your Stetson a couple of sizes too small... :aacute:

By the way, we have some excess 'lectrizity if y'all be-a needin' it, phadna! :haha:

And we'll have a lot more when your part off the state falls into the ocean. Hey, I'll give you a thousand bucks right now for your house so I can enjoy it in the meantime, and just keep my Gregor out back as a lifeboat. Kinda like a timeshare. Then I'll move back to my Clovis oceanfront home and rake in the property value!

This why oil threads should never die.

You guys suck at this ****! Where's radman?!
Good question, where is radman? I was expecting some pics from him on this thread.
