No this is not a what is the best oil filter but I was using a KN-204 and this time since the dealer is closer than Cycle Gear I stopped at the dealer for the filter. They stocked Hi-Flow with a p/n HF-204 and it is a twin to the KN-204. They are so close that one would think they are made by the same company.
