Looking for a possible track day (only) bike so cosmetics aren't real important, but mechanicals are very important. Would like to have something that gives this fat guy a significant edge over - or at least parity with - the skinny young guys on their 600s. Northwest region would be good but Rocky Mountain area of Wyoming, Utah, Nevada, New Mexico or Arizona could work, too. Can't spend a lot, probably want '03 or newer, 20,000 or fewer miles?

PM if you have something of interest.

What is your price range?

I ran into a guy this weekend with a 04 750 with 1300 miles for $4100. Killer shape

I got his # somplace

O-o-o-o-o, that sounds like it could fit the bill. I was hoping for about $4,000. This one sounds almost too pristine for the track, but what the hell, I can always mess it up myself. I would be very interested, depending upon location. If it works out, cut yourself in for a little commission.

I live in SW Montana but have a pickup and trailer and could go fetch. We make two-three times-a-year trips to Phoenix area so could maybe snag it then. We will be traveling across Washington on I-90 to the Seattle/Olympia area around Christmas/New Years and south to Sacramento, too. Of course, I'd need it checked out by an objective observer before I traveled any great distance. Keep me posted, please.

P.S. I now see you're in Alabama. That's a little far from Montana. It would have to be a VERY sweet deal to justify the cost of shipping.
