I was gonna be a little more sensitive in my comments than the Dog Man  , but hey, I agree. :clapping:

I like the video a lot. It's fun to watch and well made, with good music. But I had mixed feelings watching it. I enjoyed the music and the video shots and quality. But at the same time it seemed like a joke, to have a bunch of guys who obviously are weekend poseurs ride around in Hawaiian shirts and no helmets professing to tell others about riding...it was comical in the end and I found myself laughing out loud. Also, are there any thin Harley riders? (Oh, wait a minute. I have a Harley. [--F**k you, Silent. I am TOO thin. I mean, not too thin, but...."] Jb

Nice video, well made and most enjoyable to watch.

Look past the dudes with no gear. I think we're all missing the point of the video. This is H-D's core demographic and a wonderful sales job for the brand. Who wouldn't want to go out on the "open road" and take a ride after viewing the video?

OK, so their idea of a ride isn't across the country to meet a bunch of friends from a forum, most of whom you've never met. That's alright. This reminds me of a conversation FJRChooser and I had with a H-D bunch while traveling to Skagit in 2005. Typical bike chatter until they noticed our plates and started asking where we were coming from, how many miles, etc... We told them we were averaging 6 - 700 per day. They OTOH, were running 250. They just had a different attitude on the whole riding thing. I say to each their own.

My $.0002

Oh Man! That's it, I need to sell the FJR and go by a Hardley. I just can't possible be as cool as those guys, or "Feel the OPEN Road" if I am on a sport bike and wearing protective gear. What have I been thinking? What a looser I have been. Anyone want to trade a RELIABLE Hardley for my FJR.........ANYONE at all with a RELIABLE Hardley?

In seriousness, it was a pretty good video, an a catchy toon.

No gear, country music; aborted at about the thirty second mark. (Not that there's anything wrong with that.) JMO

I posted my response on youtube. First response I've ever made. I don't like Country but I appreciated the sentiments in the song. Hate the image of no gear, no brains, lots of future road rash.

I made it to, "If you go down, I hope you lay her down soft."
