Made my res. a few days ago and still awaiting the correction call from BW -- guess I'll need to call them

For the Pacific NW gang I suggest riding down in a group. Meeting place is a little coffee shop at 212 Washington Avenue North, Eatonville Wa. Meeting time is Thursday Zeptember 19th at 7:00am.
Here is the route. If the group gets too large we can break it up in to 4 riders per group. Have a full tank in Eatonville and we can fuel up in Hood River. Lunch in Hood River.

If we have more than one group each group will be independent from the the others. This makes for less stress and we can stop for photo ops and what not.
Fontanaman, we need to split this out into another (new) thread. For Castlegar last year, it took over 100 posts to get a dozen or so riders north...we've got almost nine months to pontificate for this one. Can you say 200 this time...

Would hate to ruin Ray's thread...oops, too late!!

I love this, Ray throws out an idea and you guys have already made reservations and are now planning riding down as a group. Meeting place and everything. I mean it's all good, but I 'm not even sure what I'm doing after Feb. yet.
...too easy, shoveling snow!

I wanna go, but gonna have to see if it fits into the money and time continuum.
Ah Jeez, there goes the ******* neighborhood!

"Fontanaman, we need to split this out into another (new) thread. For Castlegar last year, it took over 100 posts to get a dozen or so riders north…"

This quote from Gorgeous George started out my Saturday with a huge belly laugh, you Specific Northwet Mooks could **** up a bowling ball, you Mouthbreathers would need an entire website to plan your trip to La Pine, please keep your planning on this Reuben Run thread for the immense entertainment value for the rest of us OK!!

My planning for this is easy, I let Tucson Joe lead on that ugly ass Hondapotamus of his and Donna, Cec and Papa just follow along like little puppies!

Good one Don!

I got a lot of chuckling out of that remark. Hell you bring a bowling ball and I will show you how to do it right.

I don't expect too many folks will want to follow me down this obscure route. Beside when I lead my riding style is enough to drive most people nuts. Stop - what is that. Need gas - you should filled up at the meeting place. Need to pee - see you down the road. So take heart I don't expect 1,000 poststo organize this ride.

No, that's how many posts there will be by the time Don has finished post whoring the thread in which you organize the ride.

I'm surprised that needs to be explained.

UPDATE !!!!!!!!!!

For those that are planing on riding in from close by for a Reuben ,the resturant will be open Friday and Saturday for lunch. Stop for a sancwich and then go to the hotel and BS with friends for a while. The Best western is just north of the Harvest Depot on the east side of the highway.

The main room at the hotel can seat about 75 people and after that we can set up tables in front under the roof for more if needed.

Menu TBD.

Imagine! Somebody who thinks posting a hundred times on a thread is a BAD thing!
I had a similar thought to Rich's. Here's how this post should have read.

This ^^^ sums it up, thanks 'skibum.

I was figuring 200 posts in total. 100 to organize the cats, and the extra 100 for beemerdons and his cast of klowns...

If you look at the last Reuben run totals there were 860 posts and I didn't start it until May so with a 5 month head start there is plenty of room for ??????????????????????.
