Overall quantity of coolant (Question?)

I changed my coolant and i noticed that i filled the cooling system with 2,7 liters including the plastic reservoir.

The service manual tells for 3,2 liters..Where is the remaining 500ml?

I assume staying in the cooling system and have never coming out as the oil changes?

Have you noticed this in your coolant changes?or something going wrong with mine?

Because specific quantity isn't a big concern if bought a jug of the stuff. Use the min and max levels of the reservoir as described in the article....not a predefined quantity.

I would like to know if you know if much quantity of coolant staying in the cooling system when you drain your old coolant?

I also did the FJRTech '********'.

Bought 4L of 'fancy' ant-freeze, but it only took about 2.5L to fill the system. I ran the bike until the fan kicked in (4 bars), let it cool then repeated, let it cool again and topped it up - still had a bit more than 1L left.

I carried that jug with me for days but the level never varied. So, for the Gen1 it looks like 2.9L +/- a bit.

This that i don't know is how much quantity staying in the cooling system..when you draining your old coolant?If staying..?

I didn't do the flushing..I have not ever done a flushing in all my bikes the last 30 years and i didn't have never a trouble..
