Something like the saddle bags would be one of the harder places to start. You would probably need 2 people and a heat gun for those. Hold the sheet out flat and pull it tight, then heat the sheet up. Once you heat it up, then go down over the bag and pull the corners out as you go down and since it's soft, it's going to stretch and conform. I'm sure they are many videos online. If you are patient, you'll be fine.Good idea to start small....
Maybe play with the sidebags for a start. I really like the pictures up there of the matte black. My '06 FZ6 was matte black with lava red.
I had thought about maybe a classic old Yamaha yellow/white/black graphic, but now? Maybe simpler
