:angry2: Speaking of hitting thing...while driving my semi-truck down I-15 I was following one of the MANY gravel trucks that are helping to build I-15 when suddenly a golf-ball size rock slammed into my windshield shattering it with a rifle shot-like sound! I got the business and license plate of the truck but when I called the business the guy said, "What rocks...we're hauling potato chips or some other lame excuse like that.

So...be careful on I-15. There are lots of gravel trucks spreading their cheer along their merry way. ;) Besides, who is going to want to ride a thoroughbred FJR 1300 down a superslab anyway?

I'm with you Bill, I will be trying to keep it off the super-slab and stick to the scenic routes. I'm use to sudden weather changes from the days driving the truck but now I go where I want on the FJR, much more enjoyable. Hope to see everyone at Park City and happy 4th of July tomarrow! And God bless America!! PM. <>< :D
