I love this thing! I get home, hit the garage button, drive in and park. No leaning on the kick stand, and no center stand! You just park the bike straight up. I've been using this chock all year and I don't think I could go back. I highly recommend

$$$$!!!! Quality costs. I think my brother and I may be getting one for trailer duty (for his ST1100) and garage duty at my house. The chock comes with two sets of hold-down hardware so we can leave the blind screw inserts in the floor of the trailer and there will be a second set of hold-down hardware available for me. You can use the chock as a stand like Tom has done.

The stand is primarily intended to be used for transportation and as a pit stand so you don't have to deal with a rear wheel stand. Unlike the rear wheel stand you can ride right off this stand. With the locking brace behind the front wheel it makes a very secure truck/trailer bike holder. Lower cost vs. function ratio is for storage, non tip parking (for sport bikes with no center stand) and darn convenient parking as Tom is using the stand.

Anything can drop....just depends on how drunk you are.
Odot, just think how much quicker you could get from the bike to the bar if you didn't have to fiddle with that side stand. As a bonus, you can sleep passed out on the bike without worry of a tip-over. Thanks for getting off the floor to respond to this thread. ;)

Hey, ion...are you speaking from experience? Because, I can relate. It's easy...ten beers...five shots.....and fjr seat marks on my face from me sleeping on my baby.

Have towed bikes from Minnesota to Daytona on an open trailer with the sport chocks, they work awesome!

Totally different techniques, I lay over the gas tank and put my forehead on the steering stem nut. It's really cool to wake up with a 6 sided emblem embossed on your forehead and as a bonus the gas filler leaves a wicked nice shape. All your friends will want to know what that symbol on your chest means. If done correctly, once your forehead is on the steering stem nut you should be able to drool between the steering head and the tank keeping your FJR clean and ready to ride.

ten beers...five shots.....
If you are drinking something with less octane that your FJR would run on you are a wuss. :p
