Parting out 2006 FJR

Selling a bunch of parts from my 2006 FJR. The bike was wrecked and I have finally given up that I am ever going to redo it. I am listing the part, asking price, weight, and dimensions of the box that it is packed in so that you can estimate shipping. All of the measurements are in inches.

- Dale Walker cans with DB killers. Each of these has small dent. They are hard to see, tried to capture them in the pictures.

- Penske shock.

- Shad SH-48 trunk. Comes with brake light, mount, backrest, a Signal Dynamics Back Off XP, and an extra LED brake light I had attached to the mount. The trunk was not on the bike when I crashed it.

- Honda heated grips. IIRC these are off from an ST1300. Comes with the panel that I mounted the controller into.

- Audiovox cruise control. Comes with some vacuum tubing and four vacuum diodes. The fuel filter was used as a vacuum reservoir.

- Stock pipes

- Radiator with fans

   $50         20.5x15x6.5             9lbs

- Left saddlebag. It is rashed up, but no cracks. It could be fixed with some bondo and paint. Putting on here in case someone could use it.

   $20        21x16.5x17             15lbs

- Rear subframe. I bought this to replace the one I cracked in the crash. Not sure how to ship this thing, but it doesn't weigh much.

   $200

- 5 tires and two rims. These are close to 10 years old, it's up to you if you think they can be run. No scratches on rims.

   Front and rear Avon Azaros, never been used. 1 rear Michelin Pilot Road that has quite a bit of tread left. There are two mounted Azaros, there is not much tread left on those.

   $100 for the bunch, do not want to ship these. I live near Hornell, NY if you are interested in them.

- 1 Motor. Has $40k miles on it. Had it running. Come and get it.

- Gas tank. No dents or scratches. These don't seem to be very expensive on EBay, so come and get it and it's yours.

If I was closer, I might drop by and browse.  Wheels would be nice to have but the ABS changed after 2007.

The mounting points are the bar ends and a special bolt that goes in the clutch/brake reservoir. Those are included.

The rear caliper is in good shape. The ignition switch was replaced under the warranty way back when. You can have them for the price of shipping, get 'em out of my garage.

First, let me offer my condolences for your wrecked baby.  Glad you are still around to be parting it out.

Sure would be interested in the fuel tank, but I'm not anywhere near NY and don't see being able to make it up that way any time soon.  It would be great to find one that I didn't have to paint.  Would you consider shipping it for the proper incentive?

Has anyone gotten anything off this thread? PM’d v65 who said shock was available so confirmed details and sent PayPal $$$. Now after almost a week...crickets. No response nor shipping notification / tracking via PM, email or text. No communication whatsoever.

I’ve never been scammed in over 15 years on the forum. Looking like this is the first time.
