PERT question about PCV Smoothness maps

I have been running the smoothnessStockAF06PCV map with no problems. Now I have aftermarket exhaust and want to find the combosmoothness map, but all the old links are dead. I also have a Ken_1-4-12 map, but have not tried it yet. Is there a new location to download the wallysmoothness map for a GenII with aftermarket pipes, stock air filter?

I have searched for hours, and found references to this map, but no links.

Thanks, but I already found that link, and I believe the Useless pickles map is for a stock exhaust or stock exhaust with K&N. The original Wally map is not adjusted for a Gen II, but would be what I am looking for if it was..
