I am so pumped! I get my New 06 FJR AE on saturday!!! :yahoo: I am going to take a bath on my Harley on trade but I just can't wait. I will be making a road trip with some friends from work into BC as of the 25th for serveral days. It is going to be fantastic :clapping: I also want to thank everyone who helped me make the decision a easy one! thanks!

Congratulations on your new scoot and welcome to FJR World. I've got 2100 miles on my new 06 AE (picked it up June 10th) and I've been real pleased with it. The AE feature just gets to be more and more fun with familiarity. And I'm not having trouble going back and forth to other bikes without the feature, so that's nice too.

You'll likely take a bath Sauturday as well according to the weather reports, but you'll be too excited to care about something as trivial as thunderstorms.

Enjoy the new ride, and spend some time getting used to the electronic clutch. It's a totally different animal than a Harley.

Bath or not, you are getting a way better bike for half the coin of a Harley IMHO. You are going to love the AE. Get frame sliders, farkle it up and start riding. Good luck and keep the shiney side up. B)

Getting my fender mount fog lights tomorrow, plus grippuppies, and OES sliders.

Love it. Been to the dragraces and now planning on CFR.
