I had to put those stripes on my (ya old) '04 bags to add some side visibility, especially at night.

They look real nice.

Those stripes are a kit from Premier Cycle Accessories. EZ installation, and not very costly.

I know what you mean. I thought about taking off the reflectors, then remembered how over the last 35 years I have put all sorts of extra lighting, headlight modulators, back off brake lights etc, and ya know what? Damn cagers will STILL try to run my *** over. They dont see the bike, no matter what kind of extras you have on it. So I figured, how will those little tiny *** side reflectors save my (_!_)? They wont, so I had no problem removing them <_<
