I have given up with the action shots, (cant get them good enough to post). Below are a few interesting (I hope) paddock shots.
The paddock
Druids hairpin
The Virgin Mobile bikes. This is a 1 make series (all Yamaha R6's). Designed to develope young Brit talent. £22,000 gets you a bike and mechinic for the year all damage and spares paid for. (You dont get the bike at the end of teh series). About 6 or 7 were crashed this week.
Bryan Campbell & dad from Scotland. Competing in the Superstock cup
Bryan's K7 Suzuki GSXR1000
The 06 MV Augusta of Howie Mainwaring riding in the Superstock championship. Struggled all weekend. Qualified 12th finished 14th. He said it was desperately underpowered on the straights. Said it felt like a 750. He is looking forward to the arrival of an 07 bike which is 12 BHP up on this one.
Only Italian bikes come with female blonde mechanics.

Leon Haslam Main title contender (son of Ron for those who remember the Transatlantic Trophy Races)
