Pie Places

The DAM tour never really did for me, but I've been guilty of riding hundreds of miles for the pure joy of pie. This thread is for the sole purpose of identifying pie locations worth riding too. Simple rules apply:

1. Post the name of the place

2. Post a link to either Yelp, or similar location that has an address and basic info.

3. Post pix of the pie you ate, and if you're inclined, a short summary of what you thought.

That's it.

KJ's Bear Creek Cafe, Trout Lake WA

A decent pie, if a bit watery on top. Heat it up, add some ice cream, smile.

MCRider007 will know the name of this place, about 100 miles east of Pullman. The name is the Village Bakery, for the life of me, I can't locate the town in Idaho (methinks). Truly phenonenal pie. Niehart approved.

Amazing pies, made by the dozens. Sumptious crust. This place is outside of Julian's downtown, worth stopping by.

Gotcha, I've been to several, but don't have my pictures. However, all of them are pre-scouted in advance, able to seat a large group and out of any of the big cities so they make nice ride destinations.

Coos Bay, OR - Blue Heron Bistro. Bing says they have great sandwiches and pie.

They did not have pie. Bing lies. They do have strudel though. It's worthwhile.

My vote for numero uno is Rock Springs Cafe in Black Canyon City, AZ. The blackberry was/is die for! Rock Springs Cafe I'm in town so maybe I can get an actual pic of one if I have time!

A great pie shop up river from the CFO rally in Stockholm, WI

This lady bakes all the pies from scratch and I've been absolutely spoiled by her coconut cream pie. Have yet to taste another this good
