Want to get really, really confused. Michelin web site has a lot of info on PR II & III. One of the columns list a "letter" code for the tires.

PR 3 has two listings for 120/70 ZR17 front, one is U and one is Blank(no letter). For the rear 180/55ZR17 they list the tire four times with

letter code B, next is U, next is blank and last is A. The PR 2 has front letters of Blank, D & U while the backs have B, A, C , Blank & U. We

know what the B, C & D designate but what about the rest ?? Will call Michelin and try to find out.

NOW if you read MotoSports listings for the PR 2 combo it does not specifically say that you get a B spec for the extra $$$ and they do not show the B

spec available from from them for single purchase, they show a C for 170.99 and a ?? for 167.99, wtf. PR 3 does specifically say a B spec add $42.00 on

the combo & they also list a B spec rear for single purchase. Makes me wonder what is going on with the letter codes and how the different

letter codes say about how the tire is built and what they are intended to be used for/on.

Got my set yesterday. Date codes: 1911 & 4011.

I believe the rear is a C spec but it looks like the last few PR2 rears I've used. Maybe my bike will sound like a Triumph Tiger 1050 now??

$199.99 shipped plus $20 in fast cash. They don't have my size or I would be ordering a couple sets.
Enjoy!

Many tks for the alert!! I just ordered PR2's, 120/70-17 and 190/55-17 total delivered for $271.99. That is more than $25.00 better than the next low cost seller I could find. Don't need the tires now but may buy a 2014 FJR when they come out. I will have the stealer put the real tires on the new bike. Let's see if the stealer will give a credit for the OEM tyres?

Got mine installed today..... Thx, great deal.

Ordered 'C' model, not sure what the diff is?

I see the offer is now not valid.

Mine came in as 'B' rear, with a datecode of Aug 2011.

The rubber is hard as a rock - but I don't care, I'll put some 3-in-1 oil into the tread to soften the rubber back up.

I saw it was gone also, but I now have $40 fast cash and a set of pr3 for $263 shipped is pretty sweet $303 before the fast cash.
