Wow that's gorgeous, I did that ride a couple of weeks ago and it wasn't remotely like that.

Man that actually was very beautiful scenery with the fresh snowfall! Looks like the roads were mostly dry which is a good thing. TFS
Found a similar dusting of new snow over the Hopland Grade on the way to Clear Lake, CA a couple of weeks ago.
Such scenery with just the right touch of winter wonderland is a delight!

Yes, it really made the ride that much better for those of us who were prepared. I felt bad for Kris who has frozen snot under his helmet when he took it off. He was just not wearing the right gear and the funny thing is we all looked the weather on either side of the mountain and everything looked pretty warm so some had on their summer gear.
