Looks like a product with advantages over other POV cameras, but if the demo video on your link is any indication, I'll wait for version 2 that has image stabilization.
Come to think of it, the glasses are fugly and there are lots of reasons you don't want your camera integrated into glasses. No opportunity for the unique mounts and reverse views the other cameras give.

That video quality sucked, just saying..

I have to agree that the video quality did not look good - colors very washed out and did not appear to be very high-res.
Are the lenses for the glasses replaceable? I've had hundred of pairs or so of sunglasses over my mid-lengthed life so far and invariably the lenses get scratched within the first few days or so.
