For you boys who insist on living up in the North country and have parked and stored your bikes for the next six months - it's now 72 degrees and gloriously sunny with a high of 78 expected today in Houston.

In your memory, I put the liner in my mesh-tex jacket and rode into work today (short sleeve shirt) and I will be thinking of you when I ride home tonight in the warm sunshine.

Life is indeed - GOOD.

Move South.

Check the weather reports. It's a balmy 50 degrees today in Duluth. :) I'd guess you've got another month or so before you can start gloating.

I fart in your general direction Sir.

That will be all. :)

I have no idea what you're talking about. I don't put away my bike and any more north and I'd be in Canada. Only 62 today, but was 72 on Monday and I wore my mesh too. And, I don't have to worry that I'm in Texas.

Life is indeed - GREAT.

Stay South.

See you in July when two digits for temps aren't enough for you guys, then we'll see whose laughing. Till then I will be watching FJR videos from those guys in Cali. Oh yeah, you suck :D

Not so much. There's a little secret that we don't tell people outside the PNW. About 1/3 of Washington is a desert. Only trees that grow here are ones by the river bank or with copious amounts of irrigation. I get about 18cm of rain a year. Occasionally, we'll get a bit of snow or freezing rain at our 150 meter elevation, but it rarely sticks very long. Early spring and late fall make it a banana belt area that loves the wine grapes.
