Somewhere I ran across a little witticism [not necessarily on a bumpersticker], that pretty much covers that topic, "The difference between intelligence & stupidity is that intelligence has it's limitations, whereas stupidity knows no bounds!".

We have those in the hangar where I work. Large 20 ft diameter fans on the ceiling to move the warm air down in the winter. That's the name of the company, Big *** Fans.
