Premier Cycle's 2003-2005 rack install. photo's anyone ?

I've been emailing Jeff at Premier about the adapter kit for 2003-2005 models which requires drilling down through the tail plastic and then installing two bolts into the frame. I'd sure like to see some photo's of just where the drilling takes place and where under the tail those threaded sockets are. Anyone have any photo's of their installation ?

Did you get any kind of template so you knew where to drill the holes ?
