Tried to purchase a tube of this today to lube the 'ole splines. Didn't want to have to mail-order it...shouldn't be a problem in a city the size of Houston, right? Um..yeah...Cycle Gear? No. Honda motorcycle dealership? Think again. Honda car dealership? Forget it. Parts house? Don't be silly. Now I'm getting pissed. FINALLY found it at an Acura dealership..they were surprised, they said they never sell it-- wanted to know what I'll be using it for. (I do have that sneaky Billy Crystal appearance) So I held my head up high and proclaimed 'to lube my rear end, naturally!'. Yeah, okay I made that up. BUTT, if you need some and you're passing through SW Houston, Sterling McCall Acura has it presently....and tell 'em Billy sent you....

There's a Honda dealership down on I-45 near the dogtrack that usually has it in stock...

I had to call several Honda dealers before I found one in St. Louis that had it, and they were the ONLY ones in St. Louis to have it, and they only had ONE tube. They said they hardly ever sell it--go figure! Works great, though!

Does anyone think that Yamaha [minimally] greases these things at the factory with Honda grease? I'm sure anything of good quality, such as Mobil 1 Synthetic grease would work just fine if the Honda goo is n/a.
