The main problem with that "artists rendering" is that it leaves a big area in the middle silver and that the paint is too flat.

Yup! The day the new red FJR's finally do hit US shores I'm gunna be in big trouble. :dribble:

I still have my little red FZ1, but that little thing called "pain" keeps me from riding very much. When the time comes I can no longer ride at all they just as well go ahead and bury me. :angry2:

Years ago (1986 to be exact), my riding buddies & I were talking about the new, then, C10 Concours (Heart of a Ninja) and I said, "Guys, they're just too big." Also, in '86, they only came in silver (C.O.G. people call it: 'let-me-go grey' vs 'arrest-me red').

1 year later I happened into my local Kawi dealer's showroom and stood next to the new for '87 "Candy Persimmon Red" Concours -- my knees got weak. Ya' know what? -- it wasn't too big, after all....
