someone forwarded most of that video to our office in an email under the topic of "officer safety". i could swear the video we saw was that video, without the first 20 or so seconds where he distinctly says it's a prototype, it's not going into production, etc. etc. i had to google it, as common sense told me this thing wasn't in production, much less in the hands of gangbangers and drug dealers. after i found that it was not circulating, and was not going to be circulating, i replied to all advising of that. i also suggested they watch the tape again and note his hand placement at (in this video the 0:43 mark). that's gonna burn just a bit. i suggested if they wanted to see a more realistically lethal device re: officer safety, to visit this website:
