Q4 Meeting of the minds :)

It has been a while since we all meet last time. It is about time that we got together and talked a bit about this and that.

There has been a communication flying via e-mail and the data was picked to be November 15th.

I think we need a new place to meet, not that there was anything wrong with the old place, but it is time too venture out and see the world.

I propose that we meet at Hooters in Downers Grove. It is conveniently located on Butterfield just East of 355 on the south side of the street. They have good food and and as long as we can keep Larry running after the waitresses we can get our food on time

My favorite billboard every was for Hooters and was posted for a brief time on the I-90 tollway near Elk Grove Village. It read:

"Hooters. Liquor in Schaumburg. Poker in Vegas." (with, of course, the obligatory Hooters girl picture) :chickawow:

Hooters regularly rotates art for that billboard but, for some mysterious reason , that sign was changed much quicker than most!

Yes I know what it is like...I'm doing this for the wife as SHE is the one with the objections. Really...it is no big deal. I'm sure everyone else will come and I will just catch you guys the next month . Really. Alex, you know that not everyone can come to evry meet.

Hey, if it makes Wheaties come out and play with us I can dress accordingly and run around in front of the Ms. Wheaties for an hour or two. What ever it takes. I am confidant in myself.

the chicks ain't all that, and the food is crap. and overpriced. But I'd deal with it...and no, I don't have any better suggestions. I'm just whining because I can.

Saturdays aren't my first choice either. It's about the only time I get to spend with the GF. Maybe I could bring her along....

I do not care who those chicken legs that server food either. I just wanted to put a new place on the map and change the old way.

We are going to a new place that Marty suggested it. It is across the street from where I my location was going to be.

I've been to one Cheeseburger in Paradise and it was ok. Good call.

I just learned that my wife already booked me for something on the 14th...so my long ride idea is out that weekend and I'll probably be able to make it to Downer's Grove on Saturday.
