Just a general question: do you need a motorcycle license in Florida if you ride a 49cc scooter?

Starting this past July 1st, anyone titling a bike in FL is required to have a MC endorsement on their license. If it's a joint title, both people must have endorsements.

Big change: you no longer can "learn on your own" and take the short driving test at the Driver's License Office. You must take a state-approved course to get your endorsement.
