Question for Ontario riders

Anyone ridden shannonville in recent years? I was looking at getting in a track day and noticed something weird. Mosport & Calabogie are $200+ but shannonville is $95? click

I spent many race weekends there when I was younger and would love to ride it. Now, I'm just wondering if there's a reason it's less than 50% of the other two reasonably local tracks. You need a dualsport to ride it or something?

I was seriously looking at doing a track day/school this past summer at Shannonville. Something like $400 including bikes and gear. Talked to a few buddies who race and they warned me off it instantly. Apparently the track is very VERY rough. None of them willingly ride it anymore. I haven't been there in years though.
