On the Tri-Clamps that require drilling out the ignition switch mounting bolts - can you revert back to the stock tri-clamp after you do all this?

Well you can use the regular bolts. The thing you'll have a problem with is the wire cable guide that needs to be cut open when removing the OEM triple-tree

But you could order the OEM part, use a zip-tie or get creative and make something as a cable guide.

Other than that, the OEM pieces can be installed.

 
As others said, just use regular bolts to remount the switch. As for the cable stay I would just slip a piece of tubing over the cut portion so there would be no sharp ends. The wire is stiff enough to still serve it's purpose even if cut as instructed for the Heli mod.
