Was gonna get this Yam 250 Exciter, just for something to play with. But I gotta tell ya-it just wasn't doin' it for me. I had in mind a Yam of the RD persuasion, a 2 stroke classic I could restore and have fun with, but every one thinks theirs is worth a fortune, and few are. That little single 250 4 stroke would be different, but my heart wasn't in it. Well, something popped up, funny sometimes how providence takes care of fools like me. Anyway, bought this today.
It's all there, tool kit, air pump, it's stock, it's complete, but for a fuel petcock, it runs and all 6 gears work, it's got 14,000 miles, and in a year or two I expect it will be mint. It better turn out as nice as I hoped, I got a Performance Award going to buy it...and didn't even mind
