Randy Mamola with pillion at 200mph

During commentary of the GP on Sky TV, Mamola let slip about taking the pillion GP bike out. He does that at all the GP's usually taking competition winners and local celebreties.

Because of the length of the straight he was able to hold the bike on the rev limiter in 6th gear for 2-3 seconds.. That's probably 200mph ish.

I have seen him doing the rides for the last 2 years at the USGP. The bike is specially prep'd with handles on the back of the tank for the pillon rider to hang onto while Randy does wheelies and pins the throttle on the straights. I point out the moves to my wife telling here that I am really not riding fast with her on the back compared to this! From the reaction of the celeb passengers getting of after their ride, he scares the $*@& out of them.
