OTOH, if you leave an open bottle on the shelf in your carport in Floriduh in July when the RH is 150%, well... you might as well be mixing it with tap water.
Fred,

Threw me for a second. I see "Floriduh" and "RH" and immediately think "Hell, I ain't been 150% in 30 years." :)

I am sooooo frigging happy you posted this question and everyone responded, and MOSTLY THAT I READ IT...

Why you ask. Today I was riding the canyons of Malibu with a friend on a Harley, I was ridding two up.

Coming down Los Flores Canyon Rd. a steep, twisted mountain road, the rear brake faded to nothing.

But becaus I knew about this problem I didn't panic, I just stayed off the rear brake and used the front brakes

the lower gears to slow down. Remember I was behind a Harley. :)

When the rear brake cooled it worked again. No I wasn't aware I was on the rear brake that much, but I am

now. For the rest of the day I paid much more attention to now much I used the rear brake. Fortunely after lunch

about an hour after this they worked just fine when I had to do a panic stop, when dipshit didn't realize he wanted to turn

until he was on top of the intersection. The ABS kicked in and I almost rear ended him.

So tomorrow I change the brake fluid.

I saw at least 4 other FJRs today, how cool was that?
