Anyone have one lying around in the garage as a spare they might want to part with?

I bent the **** out of mine today in the twisties ......gonna try to heat it and bend it back but wanted to know if anyone had a spare in case I need it.

Evidently my brake pedal was too low....have to adjust it higher!

It's just that I don't see many of us having one lying around. Not much need, normally!
I figured that but you never know.........haven't tried to bend it back yet.

I don't have a torch......wonder if I can get it hot enough to bend by just holding over the fire on the gas burner?
Probably eventually. You'd be better off running to Home Depot and buying the blue Benzomatic propane torch. They're only like $24 and will work nicely. That pedal should bend back just fine.

Thanks for the suggestion Zilla.

Well found a pedel on-line from a salvage yard for $20.00.

Tried heating up the bent one over gas stove fire but couldn't get it hot enough........at $20.00 it's cheaper than buying a small torch at LOWES.
