Go to: Tools > Internet Options > Delete Files, Delete Cookies, Clear History.

Course if they're pooter guru's, you're screwed just the same if they can get into the archive files.

Sure. Just reformat. Using Fdisc. Gets to be a pain when it's every other day though.
