Do you mean defrag?  Or reformat the whole drive?  Isn't that a serious pain in the ***?
Yes. My point entirely. Only way I know of to wipe a drive short of a big magnet. Which will work in an emergency.

Go to: Tools > Internet Options > Delete Files, Delete Cookies, Clear History. ;)
Course if they're pooter guru's, you're screwed just the same if they can get into the archive files.
And our wonderful friend "Google Desktop" (for those who have it installed) will maintain a cached copy of all visited pages long after the IE cache has been cleared.

You've been warned.

Where's Radman? :eh: sump'n I've not been told? :eh: --I'm the last to know anything--he's pissed?

Bustanut has assumed the clown crown. Order has been restored. We assumed control. We have assumed control. We have assumed control.

****, that sucks! I didn't know that **** was going on...
me neither.............if anybody can get Radman back it's you TWN. Obviously you aren't his keeper, he will do as he pleases, I just hate he took his toys and went home. He had a lot to offer this forum.

I sent an e-mail, but it looks like slappy, et al pissed him off pretty good.  A sad day for FJRForum.com.  'Werd'.
Hey twn, you think if a bunch of us "group" emailed him it'd do any good?

I didn't think that some of you guys were not aware of the goings on with Rad, otherwise I'm sure it'd a been front page news here.

If yer readin' Rad, I was just funnin 'bout the wilbers install

Barry

No, I wouldn't do that. ****, as it is right now, he's got an ego bigger that Donald Trump's comb over! You'll only make it bigger by doing that! Let him chill out for a while. If I hear anything, I let you all know.

There's a utility called "Erase" that uses DOD-compliant routines to overwrite files instead of just deleting their reference in the FAT/NTFS entry. You can send things to the trash and the Erase the trash (as an option instead of emptying it) or you can select Erase as an option instead of the initial delete.

You can also schedule routine "Erases" for user-selected folders on your hdd (temp, cache, history, etc. if you want).

Just Google it.

Dang, just when I had him and his 2509 posts in my sights. Now #2 is just another inevitability. "You hear that Mr. Anderson?"
