Its the small collar spacer on the right side of rear wheel. If you check parts shark it us part number 90387-206W8-00

It should fit, the catalog will not show this part for newer fjr but its the same

There is no equivalent part in a 2006+ (or in a 2005 ABS). The ABS sensor housing takes its place.
Its just a spacer all fjr have it. I accidentally Left mine on wheel at a shop for tire change and it fell off during transport
If you go off the parts catalog you will think its not a part for a 2010 as somehow they left it off the parts chart but trust me its there

It's not in that picture. He gave the part # for a pre-ABS part.
It would be helpful if the OP would tell us what model and year machine he's talking about
